| Text | Carl L. McReynolds died at his home southwest of Purdy, March 1st, 1907, of pneumonia, age 57 years, 10 months and 7 days. He was a quiet, peaceful citizen, and during his 18 years residence in Barry County, had established a reputation, such as any would be proud of. He was born in Crawford County, Ark., and was a member of the Baptist Church at Purdy. He left a wife and nine children to mourn his death. Rev. Luther Carlin conducted funeral services at New Hope Cemetery, Sunday. |
