Shiels Sons

The picture of the three boys was taken at the Will Simes Art Studio in Monett in 1898.

There was another son, George, who died around the age of 8 and has a stone marker at Waldensian Cemetery.

In the picture left to right is William Shiels (born Jan. 30, 1873 in Scotland; died Dec. 30, 1947 in Missouri);

James Shiels (born Oct. 3, 1871 in Scotland; died Nov. 23, 1957 in Missouri);

Andrew Shiels (my grandfather) who was born Dec. 30, 1875 in Scotland and died July 11, 1948 in Seattle
