Silver Mines –

Late accounts from Washington County, Missouri, inform (says the Lexington Gazette of 5th inst.) that a trading party was forming to visit Santa Fe in Mexico, and to open a silver Mine that was discovered last summer high up on the Arkansas River. The quantity and richness of the Mineral affords the most flattering prospect of a very extensive manufacture of silver within the limits of the United States.
