Teresa Ann Kilgore was born Dec. 25, 1928 in Kansas City, Kansas to Owen H. and Edith [Burge] Pritchett. She passed away Oct. 7. 2008 at her home in Barnett.
At the age of 16, Teressa lost her mother. She became a mother to her younger brothers and sisters who always looked up to her.
On March 1, 1948 Teressa was united in marriage to D. C. Kilgore in Harrison Arkansas. They made their home in Kansas City for several years.
Teressa and D.C. lived in California manay years before moving to Osceola in the late 1970's. In 1995 they moved to Barnett.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, D.C., of the home, brothers, Harry Pritchett and wife Aline of Yucaipa, California and Carl "Bucky" Pritchett and wife Donna of Nowata, Oklahoma; sisters Loretta Sutton and husband "Hoot" of Dublin, California and Shirley Golish and husband George of Castro Valley, California.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 9 at Benton Green Cemetery with Greg Mangum officiating. Arrangements under direction of the Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home, Osceola.
