Dick H. Elliott, 70, Gladstone, a retired law enforcement officer, died Wednesday, January 15, in North Kansas City Hospital. Dick Harry Elliott was born to Harry Samuel and Edith Rebecca Elliott, on February 26, 1932, and died January 15, 2003.
He was preceded in death by his father, his mother, his half-sister, Roberta Fern Francis, and his first wife, Jannie Lou Roberts.
He is survived by his wife, Margie; two daughters from his marriage with Jannie, Connie Arlene Castanada and Edith Elaine Wilson, and stepdaughters, Leilani Suellentrop and Kayla Keiss; grandchildren, Elana Antonia Castanada, Jannie May Castanada, Alicia Rosa Castanada, Ruschell Arlene Dryden, step-grandchildren, Andrew Suellentrop, Jonathan Suellentrop, Elizabeth Suellentrop, Gregory Suellentrop, Autumn Keiss, Shelle Castanada, Ryan Wilson, Brady Wilson, and great-grandchildren, Keaton Myles Dryden; step-great-grandchild, Claudia Wilson.
Funeral services were held January 19 at Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial was in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
