Mr. Shirley W. Collins, age 82, of Osceola, Mo., a retired St. Clair County Sheriff, died at 1:55 a.m. May 22, 2004, in his home.
Graveside services were at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2004, in Osceola Cemetery, Osecola, Mo., under the direction of Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home, Osceola.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Twin Lakes Hospice of St. Clair Co. Home Health.
