RANDALL LEE COLLINS, JR.

Randall Lee "Randy" Collins, Jr., 35, was born on March 31, 1971 in El
Dorado Springs. Randy perished in a house fire early Saturday morning
along with his mother, Elaine Collins and daughter, Alexis.
He attended school in El Dorado and later became a third generation
truck driver, following his father and grandfather's footsteps.
He was the proud daddy of Randy III and Alexis Ann.
Randy enjoyed trucking, helping others and spending time with his two
children.
Randy is survived by son, Randall Collins III, age nine of El Dorado
Springs; finace, Lonna Townsend; father, Randall L. Collins, Sr.; and
sisters, Diana Hudson, El Dorado Springs, Donna Stewart, Walnut Grove,
Dorothy Graves, Cole Camp, Bonnie Bowman, El Dorado Springs and Brenda
Vandenberg, Springfield; his paternal grandmother, Maretta Collins,
Osceola along with several nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Feb. 20 at heldon Chapel. Officiated by
Rev. James Coleman.
Music selection chosen was "No Tears In Heaven", "Old Rugged Cross",
"Will The Circle Be Unbroken" and "Go Rest High On That Mountain" with
Marlene Scotten and Dale Lipe, vocalists and Faith Trussell,
accompanist.
Casketbearers were Donnie Drake, John Goodwin, David Hoffman, Ronnie
Alexander, John Butler and Jonathan Butler.
Honorary casketbearers were Jessica Allen, Amanda Bowman, Brendan
Vandenberg, Anakin Stewart, Dorothy Jane Graves, Rylee Bowman, Randall
Lee Collins III and Bella Stewart.
Interment was in Yeater Cemetery with arrangements by Sheldon Funeral
Home, El Dorado Springs.

Randall Lee Collins, Jr.
Randall Lee Collins Jr., 35, Tiffin, was born March 31, 1971, in El
Dorado Springs to Randall L. Collins Sr. and Elaine (West) Collins. He
passed away in the early morning of Saturday, Feb. 17, 2007, in a
house fire along with his mother, Elaine Collins, and daughter,
Alexis.
Randy attended school in El Dorado Springs and later became a
third-generation truck driver following in the steps of his father and
grandfather.

Survivors include his son, Randall Collins III, age nine - El Dorado
Springs; fiance, Lonna Townsend; father, Randall L. Collins Sr.;
sisters - Diana Hudson - El Dorado Springs, Donna Stewart - Walnut
Grove, Dorothy Graves - Cole Camp, Bonnie Bowman - El Dorado Springs
and Brenda Vandenberg - Springfield; paternal grandmother, Maretta
Collins - Osceola; along with several nieces, nephews and friends.
Services were held Tuesday, Feb. 20, at Sheldon Chapel, El Dorado
Springs, with Rev. James Coleman officiating. Music was provided by
Marlene Scotten and Dale Lipe accompanied by Faith Trussell.

Funeral Home, El Dorado Springs. Casketbearers were Donnie Drake, John
