RACHEL N. AMMANN

Rachel Neil Ammann, 82, Deepwater, passed away Oct. 8, 2007 at Ellett
Memorial Hospital, Appleton City.
Funeral services were Thursday, Oct. 11, at the Sheldon-Goodrich
Chapel, Osceola, with burial in the Lowry City Cemetery under the
direction of Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home.

Rachel Neil Ammann was born Jan. 26, 1925 in Verden, Okla., to Ralph
and Zola (Woods) Hess. She passed away Oct. 8, 2007 at Ellett Memorial
Hospital, Appleton City.
On January 13, 1958 Rachel was united in marriage to Phillip H.
Ammann. To this union one child was born, Jerome Henry Ammann, on Oct.
27, 1958.
Rachel was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. She enjoyed
fishing, hiking and airplane rides.
Rachel was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Alice
Keeling.
Survivors include her husband, Phillip of the home, son, Jerome Henry
Ammann, Deepwater, brothers, Jr. Ralph Hess, Stanley Hess, and Jack
Hess, sisters, Phyllis Lantz and Vera Paragino, other relatives and
friends.
Services were held Thursday, Oct. 11 at Sheldon-Goodrich Chapel.
Officiated by Reverend Fred Stevens.
Music selections were played by Irene Hartley.
Casketbearers were Lester K. Rufenacht, Bill Chiles Jerome, Klaus
Helbert, Henry Ammann, Darrel Ammann and Danny Stewart.
Interment was in Lowry City Cemetery with arrangements made by
Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home, Osceola.
