MARY ELIZABETH CHAMBERLAIN

Mary Elizabeth Chamberlain was born April 13, 1938 at home in Shelby
county, Indiana to Clarence and Gladys (Rouse) Weaver. She left this
life July 2, 2007 at her home with her family by her side; taken away
by pancreatic cancer.
She married the love of her life, Ralph Chamberlain August 3, 1970 in
Miami, Oklahoma.
Mary held various jobs through her life from general store clerk,
health care provider and meter reader. She was not only a homemaker.
She was a home builder. There was not a task Mary couldn't do from
electrical, tiling, to roofing. She was a master carpenter. There
wasn't a task that Mary wouldn't tackle and it was always doen for
pennies on the dollar. Mary was stronger than most men with the energy
of a toddler. Her joy for gardening and landscaping was unsurpassable.
All were sure to be amazed by her creativity.
Mary took great pride in sharing her wealth of knowledge with all who
knew her and there could never be found a better friend.
Mary was preceded in death by her mother and father, one brother,
Bradford Weaver, son, David Dyer, stepson, Wayne Chamberlain.
She is survived by her husband Ralph, two sons, Dwight Dyer (Myrna) of
Chariton, Iowa, Darrell Dyer of Honolulu, Hawaii, one daughter Debbie
Conn (Todd) of Loveland, Colorado, two stepdaughters, Helen Fowler
(Gary) of Preston, Missouri, Kathy Crum (Jim) of Sedalia, Missouri,
two beloved daughters-in-law, Noi Dyer of Meridian, Mississippi,
Jeanne Dyer of Mt. Vernon, Indiana, two brothers, Clarence (Babe) of
Boggstown, Indiana, two sisters, Barbara Miller (John), of Franklin,
Indiana, Deloris Kuhing (Gene) of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, 17
grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, other relatives and many
friends.

Mary Elizabeth Chamberlain, 69, Lowry City, passed away July 2, 2007,
at her home.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 5, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the
Sheldon-Goodrich Chapel, Osceola, under the direction of
Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home, Osceola.
