ELSIE T. JONES

Elsie T. Jones, 97, of Clinton, Mo., died Thursday November 15, 2007 at the Golden Valley Memorial Hospital. She was born October 1, 1910, in Hill City, Ks., to Charles Randall and Elena Waltz Randall.
Elsie married Bert Jones on December 24, 1931. He preceded her in death in February of 1979.
She was a member of the Ohio Christian Church, Lowry City, Mo., where she was the oldest living member of the church. She remained active in church activities well into her 90's. She also loved gardening and raising beautiful flowers.
Survivors include two daughters, Berlena L. Eads of Clinton, and Randa Kay Davis of Clinton; five grandsons, Randy Eads and his wife Sandra of Austin, Tx., Carson Eads and his wife Marcy of Allen, Tx., Terry Davis and his wife Neta of Belton, Mo., Todd Davis and his wife Janelle of Peculiar, Mo., and Jeff Davis and his wife Cristy of San Diego, Ca., one granddaughter Sonda Morris and her husband Rick of Butler, Mo., eight great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, one brother Rodney Randall and his wife Lelah of Unionville, Mo., and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers, Waltz Randall, Herbert Randall, and Ray Randall, and four sisters, Nathalie Parks, Helen French, Ruth Graham, and Elma Parsons.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday November 19, 2007 at the Ohio Christian Church, Lowry City, Mo., where the family will receive friends from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., prior to the service. Mrs. Jones will lie in state from noon to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton. Burial will be in the Lowry City Cemetery, Lowry City, Mo., The family suggests memorial contributions to the Ohio Christian Church, in care of the funeral home.
