Hearn, Edgar Edgar Hearn, 84, Buckner, Mo., passed away March 4, 2008.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m.
Friday. March 7 at Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, Grain Valley, Mo.,
with visitation 2-3 prior to the
service. He will be laid to rest with military honors at Swan Lake
Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley. (Arr.

Edgar Hearn was born April 18, 1923 to Henry and Sylphy Hearn of
Osceola. He departed this life March
5, 2008 at his home in Buckner.
Edgar was married to Barbara [Rhoades] Hearn for 58 years. To this
union two children were born, Debbie
Kishner and Donny Hearn.
He worked at General Motors until his retirement. Most days,
until his health began to decline, you could see Edgar working in his
garden. He took great pride in his home. He enjoyed many fishing and
hunting trips to Osceola. Edgar was immensely proud of his family.
They will tell you he was the best dad anyone could have. His passing
has left a hugh emptiness in the hearts of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Claud Hearn
and Walter Hearn.
Survivors include his wife; his two children; one brother Roy Hearn,
Raytown; three sisters, Norma Lee Hannah, Osceola, Esther McLerran,
Osceola and Oletta Broyles, Raymore; four grandchildren and one great
grandson.
Services for Edgar were Friday, March 7, at the Chapel of Memories
Funeral Home, Grain Valley.
