CHARLENE BLANCHE ELLIFRITS

Services were held June 9, at the Sheldon-Goodrich Chapel, and will be
officiated by Rev. Alan Anzalone.
Music will include: "One Day At A Time", "In The Sweet By And By" and
specials by Kelly Elmer, Soloist, and Ruth Schmidli, Accompanist.
Casketbearers will be: Brad Elmer, Bill Chiles, Dewayne Hehner, Change
Nichols, Jodi Brown, Scott Elmer, J.P. Nichols, Bobby Lyon, Larry
Brown & Mike Cox.
Interment will be at the Lowry City Cemetery, with arrangements made
by the Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home of Osceola, Mo.
Charlene Blanche Ellifrits was born July 24, 1933 in Brownington, Mo.,
the first child of Charley Guy and Eva Blanche (Chiles) Nichols and
gently passed from this world on Wednesday, June 6, 2007.
Charlene graduated from Deepwater High School. She loved to read and
visit with family, and she would make each birthday a celebration of
joy. She enjoyed listening to blue grass and gospel music and she was
a member of the Brownington Baptist Church. For years, Charlene
faithfully made the rolls for the Plantation restaurant. Charlene and
Harold loved to travel. Charlene was a resident of Truman Lake Manor,
recently moving to Lowry City to be near her loved ones.
Charlene was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Harold
Ellifrits, her parents, Chrles Guy and Eva Blanche Nichols, one
daughter-in-law, Lucille Blanche Witherspoon Hehner, two
grandchildren, Kevin Michael and Angie Renee Hehner, and one nephew,
Chad Nichols.
Charlene is survived by her three sons, Edward Hehner of Iberia, Mo.,
Ricky Hehner of LaDue, Mo., and Mark Hehner and wife Sandy of Lowry
City, Mo., two brothers, William (Bill) Nichols and wife Jackie and
Jerry Nichols and wife Sis, one sister, Sharon Brown, all of Lowry
City, Mo. Six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, numerous nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends.
