Bert W. Devenny, 94, Osceola, a retired agricultural employee for the United States government, died Saturday, November 11, 2003 at the Sac-Osage Hospital, Osceola. Funeral services were Monday at Sheldon-Goodrich Chapel, Osceola, with burial in Roscoe Cemetery.
