Clinton - Ralph C. Allis, 72, Appleton City, Mo., died Friday at a hospital here. He was born in Clinton had had lived in Appleton City for 69 years. Mr. Allis was a refrigeration mechanic for the General Electric Co. in Kansas City before he retired. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Appleton City. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Waneta Allis of the home; two sons, Gene Allis, Appleton City, and James Allis, Clinton; a daughter, Mrs. Mary K. Bryant, Kansas City; three sisters, Mrs. Esther Lowe, Springfield, Mo., and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Majors and Mrs. Wilma McCown of Appleton City; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Eckhoff-Hill Chapel, Appleton City; burial in the Appleton City Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the chapel.
