TANDY ADAMSON
Appleton City Journal
13 October 1898
Died.
Tandy Adamson, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Adamson, north of town,
died Wednesday night of typhoid fever. He had been sick for some time
but was not considered in a dangerous condition until about a week
ago, when he took a change for the worse, and all that could be done
by the physicians, kind and loving friends and loving parents could do
for him was all in vain, and Wednesday night he passed into that land
from which no traveler has ever returned.
Tandy Adamson was a model young man. He was quiet, sober and
industrious, and his name was never connected with any rowdyism of any
kind. In his death the community lost an honest and useful young man
and his parents a good and dutiful son.
The whole community mourns for Tandy Adamson, and extend to the
bereaved family their heartfelt sympathy, in which the democrat joins.
