David Jackson, well and favorably known, died at his home in Lowry City Tuesday, September 2, 1919. His death was the results of his advanced age and a prolonged chronic trouble of several months standing. He was about eighty years of age at the time of his death. He had resided in Lowry City about fifteen years. He leaves an aged wife, several sons and daughters, all of whom are long since grown and married. One son resides in Lowry City, the other children reside elsewhere. The funeral service was held at his residence last Wednesday afternoon conducted by Rev. J.M. Hawkins. The interment of his remains was in the City Cemetery attended by relatives and a number of old friends.
