Deepwater Farmer dies of Rabies
Clinton, MO – Jan 27 – William Dunning, a well-known farmer of Deepwater was stricken by rabies Saturday night, and was taken to the Humansville Hospital, where he died this morning. During the holidays Mr. Dunning and his grandson, A. G. Dunning, were playing with some police puppies and one of these bit them. A. G. Dunning took the serum treatment, but the elder man refused to take precautionary measures.
