ROBERT LEE FRIZZELL

Robert L. Frizzell, son of Volley Albert and Grace May (Hobbs) Frizzell, was born July 21, 1926, in Deepwater and died at the Missouri Veterans Home, Warrensburg, June 16, 2005, at the age of 78 years. He was married to Ethel May (Palmer) Frizzell, who preceded him in death January 15, 1997.
He was in the United States Marine Corps during World War II. He was a steel worker. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and VFW Post 1000, both of Independence and the United Steel Workers. He is survived by three sons, Donnie Frizzell of Centerview, and Leslie C. Frizzell of Bates City, as well as several grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Saturday, June 18. Burial was in Clinton Memory Gardens Cemetery, Clinton.
