Oreta Ruby Fowler was born December 19, 1926 to John and Virgie Thompson Walthall. She passed away Saturday morning, April 4, 1992 at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Kansas City.
Oreta was born in Henrietta, Oklahoma. She lived many years in the Kansas City area before moving to Lowry City in 1982. She had made her home in Riverside the past year.
Oreta is preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Fowler. She is survived by six sons, James Tustison of Blue Springs, Daryl Tustison of Liberty, Mark Tustison of Independence, Mike Tustison of Lowry City, Cecil Fowler of Excelsior Springs, and Robert Fowler of Kansas City; 21 grandchildren other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 7, 1992 at Sheldon-Goodrich Chapel, in Osceola,
with Rev. Steve Elsey officiating. Burial was in Lowry City Cemetery.
