Michael Paul Vinson, 59, died Friday March 18, 2005 at Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He was born June 22, 1945 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Paul and Bloncile (Galloway) Vinson. Michael grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, graduating from South East High School. He attended Pittsburg State College in Pittsburg, Kansas. He served in the Army in Viet Nam. On September 17, 1971 Michael married Connie McEwan. He moved to Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 1979. Michael was an agent with American Family Insurance. Grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Connie of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; son Chris and wife Shalece Vinson of Worthing, South Dakota; daughter Stefanie and husband Darin Hage of Harrisburg, South Dakota; four grandchildren, Shelby, Clay, Dylan and Sydney; a sister Judy Boserine of Sioux Falls, South Dakota and a house daughter, Lea Heising of Germany. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at First United Methodist Church in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM on Monday March 21, 2005 at Heritage Funeral Home in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
