Minnie E. Reese and her son, Clair Reese of Overland Park, Kansas, attended funeral services October 5, for John K. Lucas, 52, son-in-law of Mrs. Reese.
Interment was made in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, where the family had recently retired from long service in government in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Lucas had completed tours of duty with the CIA in Okinawa and Saigon.
He is survived by his wife, Helen, and two sons, Stephen and Michael.
Mrs. Reese will remain indefinitely with her daughter.
Mr. Lucas died Saturday, September 30, following a long illness.
