George H. Eaton died Friday, April 2, 1936 at Iconium from a heart attack, He is the father of Jess Eaton of Iconium. He had lived with his son and family a number of years. George Henry, was born in Clarion County, PA. on August 31, 1850. He was united in marriage to Louisa Hughes, October 31, 1870 in Benton County, Missouri. Where they lived until her death on November 27, 1918.
His survivors include two sons, Jessie Sanford of the home, John Franklin of Des Moines, Iowa. and 3 daughters, Lucy Wear of Kansas City, Mo.; Georgia Phillips of St Louis, MO.; and Laura Bell Dickerson of Tulsa, OK. burial in the Iconium cemetery.
