ALFRED A. NEUENSCHWANDER

Alfred A. Neuenschwander, 86, Deepwater, died Sunday, October 15, 1995, at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.

Mr. Neuenschwander was born near the Valley Center community and was a lifelong area resident and farmer. He was a member of the St. Clair County Extension Council and 4-H leader. He was a member of the Valley Center United Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Helen of the home; two sons, Art Neuenschwander of Deepwater and John Neuenschwander of Longview, Washington; three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Fulwider, Deepwater, Mrs. Pat Stewart, Lowry City, and Mrs. Joan Simmons, Holt Summit; two brothers, Amos and Dan Neuenschwander of Deepwater; one sister, Mrs. Anna Shy of Lowry City; 13 grandchildren, seven great-grandsons.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 18, at 2 p.m. at the Valley Center United Church of Christ. Burial will be in the Valley Center Cemetery.
