Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Carriker have removed to their old home west of Riverview schoolhouse.

Miss Mattie Lutes entertained some of her friends Sunday. Guests present were as follows: Earl Farrah and Miss Dixie Booths and Boyd Allen.

Mr. and Mrs. Amson Gentry and son, Jerry entertained Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gentry and sons, Evan and Homer.

Miss Ellyne Francis entertained a few of her friends Sunday evening with her fine piano. Guests present were as follows: Roy Spangler and Miss Ethyl Allen, Miss Benna Allen and Mrs. Wilma McCullick and Miss Ollie Griffeth.

Mr. and Mrs. Matt McCullick, Jerry Gentry and Avery Allen visited Mr. and Mrs. George Allen Sunday.

Order of Election:

Notice of Special Election to be held at Collins, Missouri, for the purpose of submitting a proposition to establish a special Road District under the provisions of Article Six of Chapter One Hundred and Two of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as revised by the law of 1903;
State of Missouri, County of St. Clair, ss
February Term, 1915
In the County Court of said county on the 4th day of February, 1915 that following among other proceedings, were had:
Now at this day is presented to the Court a petition petition signed by various citizens of Collins Township requesting the Court to submit to the voters of a proposed special Road District, having the same boundaries as the municipal township of Collins, to be known as the Collins Special Road District of St. Clair County, Missouri, a proposition adopt Article Six of Chapter One Hundred and Two of the Revised Statues of Missouri, 1903, as amended by the laws of 1903.
The Court (?) that said petition is signed by at least Fifty (50) qualified voters, who are resident taxpayers of said proposed road district.
Wherefore it is ordered by the Court that the proposition of adopting the provision of Article Six of Chapter One Hundred and Two of the Revised Statues of Missouri, as amended by the laws of 1903, be submitted to the voters of each proposed road district at a Special Election for that purpose to be held at the said place in Collins, Missouri, on
February 20th, 1915,
And that D.A. Culbertson, B.H. Braicher and A.L. Marshall be and are hereby appointed judges on said elections.
It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the court prepare a certified copy on order and have same published for two consecutive weeks in the Osceola Democrat, a newspaper published in St. Clair County, Missouri, as a notice of the submission of said Article, as provided by law.

I, Geo. V. Higgins, Clerk of the County Court of said county, hereby certify the above and foregoing to be a true copy of the proceedings of the said County Court, on the day and year above written, as the same appears on record in my office.
