Appleton City, MO 13 November 1919 Executrix’s Notice Notice is hereby given that Letters Testamentary upon the estate of John A. Pierce, deceased, have been granted to the undersigned, by the Probate Court of St. Clair County, Missouri, bearing date the 15th day of October, 1919. All persons having claims against said estate are required to exhibit them to me for allowance within six months from the date of said letters or they may be precluded from any benefit in such estate; and if said claims not be exhibited within one year from the date of the granting of letters on said estate they shall be forever barred. Norman, a person of unsound mind, has been granted to the undersigned, by the Probate Court of St. Clair County, Missouri, bearing date the 18th day of October, 1919. All persons having claims against said estate are required to exhibit them to me for allowance within one year form the date of said certificate or they may be precluded from any benefit in such estate; and if such claims be not exhibited within one year from the date of granting of said Certificate of Guardianship they shall be forever barred. Bernard, Judge of Probate. Prairie Home News Pansy Dains visited Mary Lila Barnett Sunday, Nov. 2nd. Mr. and Mrs. Troy Sims and little daughter visited Mr. and Mrs. A.M. Hopkins and family Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Grass and children visited Mr. Morris and family last week. Alice Dains visited Hazel Moore last Sunday. Harry Ainsworth, of Olathe, Kansas, visited Jim Barnett and family one day last week. J.C. Barnett made a business trip to Chalk Level last Monday. Hazel Moore was seen in Monegaw Springs Saturday. Mrs. Irl Barnett and little boys visited Mr. and Mrs. Rosbrough Sunday. Born to Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Allinson, Sunday, Nov. 2, a baby boy, of which they are very proud. Mary Lila Barnett spent Sunday evening with Hazel Moore. Isac Moore and wife and Mr. and Mrs. Sagaser spent Sunday with W.E. Moore and family. Daisy Perkins and Mrs. Mell Perkins sat up with Mrs. Gordon Shoemaker Wednesday night. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Shoemaker visited Sunday with Mel Perkins and family. Flavil Dines and Daisy Perkins visited Sunday afternoon with Marshie Baldwin. Miss Gladys Cooper spent the week-end with her parents near Lowry City. Aunt Sarah Parks and daughter, Mrs. C.A. Potter, spent Thursday evening with Mrs. Albert Parks and famiy. |
