In Vacation February 22nd 1858
William W. Washburn, Plaintiff vs Reuben Hudson, Defendant
Civil Action by Attachment
Now at this day comes the said Plaintiff and files herein his acknowledgment of
having received payment in full of his demands against said defendant and
authorizing the clerk of this circuit court of St. Clair County Missouri to
dismiss said suit and enter satisfaction of the same on his docket. It is
therefore Considered and ordered by the undersigned Clerk of said Circuit court
in vacation that said suit and attachment be. And the same are dismissed at the
costs of Said Plaintiff. James W. Beck clerk

Now at this day comes the said parties by their attorneys and the Said Defendant
here in court makes application for a continuance of this cause And for good and
Sufficient cause to the court here Shown It is ordered by the Court that this
cause be continued until the next term of this Court at Said defendants Costs It
is therefore considered by the court that the said Plaintiff have and recover
against the said defendant his costs and charges in this behalf at and about
this term of this court and that execution issue therefor.

said defendant (appellant) his costs and charges in this behalf in this court
laid out and expended and that execution Issue therefor.
