The 1860 census of Nodaway County, Missouri has 129 pages. The first eleven are of the town of Maryville and the household numbers for Maryville do not extend into the rural areas therefore I have indexed it separately.
The rural areas of Nodaway County are separated only by the post offices - there are no townships listed. I have given each person a household number, but many of them are not consistent with the actual census because the census taker mis-read his numbers several times and used numbers two or three times. Please use the page numbers given on the right-hand side of the index to find a family on the original census.
