    Abt. 1825 in Lincoln County, Kentucky.  He married JEAN BAXTER.

2.  ELIJAH2 MAYFIELD (RANDOLPH1) was born March 30, 1793 in Greenville, Union, SC,
    and died February 20, 1855 in Orange County, Indiana, Brumer Cemetery. 
    He married (1) ELIZABETH SIMMS, daughter of CAPT. William SIMMS, 
    March 13, 1808 in Casey County, Kentucky, daughter of Francis SIMMS and 
    Ann POLSON.  She was born Abt. 1795 in Kentucky County, Virginia, and 
    died 1886 in Orange County, Indiana, Brumer Cemetery.

    Kentucky, and died November 1877 in Casey County, Kentucky.  
    He married LUCINDA MILLER 1837.

4.  MARY POLLY3 MAYFIELD (ELIJAH2, RANDOLPH1) was born March 05, 1817 in Casey 
    County, Kentucky, and died 1892.  She married JOHN LUCAS October 03, 1833 in
    Casey County, Kentucky, son of JOHN LUCAS and SARAH JONES.  
    He was born September 15, 1807.

Notes for JOHN LUCAS:
The family believes that John Lucas came to Kentucky with Rev. Lewis Craig and 
his Travelling Baptist Church around 1790s.  In 1771, John Young and Lewis Craig
imprisoned in Carolina County for "Preaching the Gospel without having Episcopal
ordination or a license...They were Baptists..."

5.  ELIZABETH THOMPSON4 LUCAS (MARY POLLY3 MAYFIELD, ELIJAH2, RANDOLPH1) was born 
    August 18, 1834 in Middleburg, Kentucky, and died August 17, 1907 in
    Excello, Macon County, Missouri.  She married WILLIAM RILEY BROWN 
    January 04, 1849 in Macon, Macon County, Missouri, son of FRANK BROWN? and
    DANIA RILEY?.  
    He was born April 10, 1825 in Taylor County, West Virginia, and died August 17,
    1901 in Excello, Macon County, Missouri.

Notes for WILLIAM RILEY BROWN:
William Riley Brown enlisted in Co. K, 27th Reg. Mo. Vols. Was mustered out at 
Washington, D.C. Participated in the battles of Vicksburg, Jackson, Grand Gulf, 
Champion's Hill, Lookout Mountain, Missionary Ridge, Chickamauga, Reseca, Atlanta, 
Columbia, Savannah & Raleigh.  
He went by Riley GEE until shortly after 1849 when he married 
Elizabeth Thompson LUCAS in Macon Co, MO.  
He may have been raised by Thomas or John Thomas GEE.
