Uncited original clippings from the family archives of Frances Mitchell Houston, Troy, MO
Transcribed and Submitted by Pauline Houston Steeves

Mrs. Jane Finley Wilson was born Feb. 11, 1842 and died April3, 1914. Mrs. Wilson’s illness lasted only a few days and her death was quite a shock to all. She was married to G. G. Wilson in Feb. 1871 who preceded her to the grave by some years. Three children were born to them. Mrs. J. T. Rice, Mrs. W. E. Gladney, and Robert Wilson. We commend these together with her sisters and other relatives to your love and sympathy.

Mrs. Wilson became a member of Mt. Zion A. R. P. church in October 1857 and was a consistent and loyal member until removed by death.

[Submitter's note: Appears to be from the Associate Reformed Presbyterian, date unknown.]
