CHARLES M. WELLS DIES

Funeral services for Charles M. WELLS, who died at the family home, east of Moscow Mills, early Sunday morning, were conducted by Rev. M. D. DUDLEY at the home, Monday afternoon and burial was in the Troy Cemetery.

The ninety year old retired farmer was born in Warrenton and had spent most of his life in Lincoln County.

Of recent years a grandson, Mitchell, and wife had made their home with Mr. and Mrs. WELLS.

Of his immediate family, the widow, Mattie Carter WELLS, and one son, James WELLS, survive. Mr. WELLS was an uncle of J. B. WELLS, Mrs. Harry PENN, Mrs. Katherine TICE and Miss Lily WELLS of Troy.
