"Mrs. J. H. Yates, who has been sick all this winter with that dread disease, consumption, died at her home Thursday night. She leaves a husband and several small children, and a number of friends, to mourn her loss. Eld. Abbott preached a funeral discourse at the church Friday afternoon, after which the remains were interred in the burying-ground at the church. DALLAS."
