Guardianship Probate Record of Emmet M., and Semmer Belle, and George Edward Ogden


CERTIFIED COPY OF RECORD.

STATE OF MISSOURI, }SS.

County of __Lincoln__________

In the______Probate__________Court of ____________Lincoln___________County,

at the _______July_________Term, 18_78__,held on the_____Eighteenth_____day of

___________July_________1878__, amongst others were the following proceedings:

" Now at this day comes Emmett M. Ogden and Semmer

Belle Ogden, minors over the age of fourteen years, and make choice

of Wm Young as their Guardian and Curator, which choice is approved

by the Court, and the said William Young is hereby appointed such

Guardian and Curator, and the Court also appoints the said William

Young Guardian and Curator of George Edward Ogden, a minor un-

der the age of fourteen years, all of said children being the minor heirs of Frances Ogden deceased, daughter of

Thomas Turpin, Bedford Co.,

Va., and ordered that said Guardian and Curator execute bond to

said wards in the sum of Fifteen hundred dollars, conditioned

as required by law, and now here the said William Young

Guardian and Curator as aforesaid, presents his bond to said wards,

in the sum of Fifteen hundred dollars, with Thomas D. Wilkin-

son as his security theron, which bond is approved by the Court, and ordered to be filed and recorded."
