Marriage Licenses for 1918

During the year of 1918, fewer marriage licenses have been issued from
the Recorder's office of Lincoln county than in any year since Recorder J.
Frank Rinaman has held office. In 1915 he issued 150 licenses; in 1916,
138; in 1917, 133, and in 1918 only 90.
We give below the names of all the parties to whom licenses to marry were
issued during the past year, and the month in which each couple applied.
