Marriage of Louis Taylor and Joda Tillotson (1901)

DECEMBER WEDDINGS

TAYLOR - TILLOTSON. At the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George TILLOTSON, near Old Alexandria, Dec. 18, 1901 at 11 o'clock, Mr. Louis TAYLOR, near Okete, and Miss Joda TILLOTSON were united in marriage by the writer; attendants, Mr. Edgar HINDS and Miss Martha CREECH. Immediately after the ceremony and congratulations, the guests repaired to the dinning room, where a feast of good things awaited them. The groom is an energetic young farmer and the bride a Christian young lady who will be missed by the church and community where she lived. The many friends will join us in best wishes for ther future happiness. W.H.HOBBS
