Please label the subject of your message clearly with "Tombstone for (cemetery name)".  

You may submit tombstone photos by providing a JPG file from your digital camera or by providing a copy of your scanned photo JPG file (200 dpi resolution preferred).  The name of the cemetery and a complete transcription of the tombstone must accompany the file.  Mail to the "Lincoln County Digital Cemetery & Tombstone Caretaker."  

If you have several photos to submit, to avoid exceeding mailbox limits, please contact the Caretaker to coordinate the delivery of files and to prearrange the email address where they should be sent.
