Know all men by these presents, that I Robert Jameson, of the County of Lincoln the State of Missouri, in & for the consideration of the love & good will, I bear to the infant sons & daughters of my deceased brother William M. Jameson, namely Burrilla Jameson, Burthier Jameson, Burtrand Jameson, Burla-Vista Ann Jameson & Burr-Jerome Jameson, all of the State & County aforesaid; have given & granted unto them, & do by these presents give, grant & convey unto them equally, as tenants in common, to them their heirs & assigns forever, a certain tract or parcel of land, lying & being situate at the Mississippi Bluff, a short distance above Bobbs Creek, in the County aforesaid, Bounded & abuted as follows, To wit. Beginning at the south east corner of Arthur Burns' tract of eight hundred arpens, being survey number 1816 at a post & mound, in the Mississippi Prairie & running thence south (72° 30') seventy two degrees & thirty minutes west, one hundred & fourteen chains & sixty eight links, to the west line of Samuel Baileys, (originally Jonathan Cottles) survey, being numbered 885, Thence north (8°) eight degrees east, forty nine chains, and thirty seven links, to the north west corner of (the said Samuel Baileys, originally Jonathan Cottles) last aforesaid tract.  Thence south (82°) eighty two degrees east, one hundred & three chains & fifty links to the place of beginning, containing two hundred & fifty five acres & half acred of land, be the same more or less.  And which is further designated & known as being in Township forty nine, Range two east, according to the surveys of the public lands of the United States, The records of Plats of which will at large & amply show to have & to hold the aforesaid given & granted premises to them the said Burrilla Jameson, Burthier Jameson, Burtrand Jameson, Burla-Vista Ann Jameson & Burr-Jerome Jameson, equally, & as tenants in common to them their heirs & assigns, to them & their only proper use benefit & behoof, together with all the priveledges & appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining thereto, free from all incumberance forever.  In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand & affix my seal, at the County of Lincoln aforesaid, this eighteenth of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & thirty two.

County of Lincoln    Be it remembered that on this eighteenth day of October, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and thirty two, before me a Justice of the Peace within & for the County aforesaid personally came Robert Jameson, personally known to me to be the person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument of writing, as having executed the same & acknowledged the same to be his act & deed for the purposes therein mentioned.
