The Troy Free Press, Troy, MO, 30 August, 1918, page 1, column 3.

Golden Wedding Anniversary.

The fiftieth anniversary of the wedding of Jos. RINAMAN and wife was celebrated at their home on August 20. Of their seven children all were present except Walter and wife, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and of their fifteen grandchildren all attended except Wyatt RINAMAN, who is in the war service at Washington, D.C.
Those in attendance who were present at the wedding were Robt. HOWELL, Welty SMITH and Mrs. Jos. SLAVENS, the wedding having been at the home of the late William SMITH, father of Mrs. RINAMAN, near Troy.
Those who were present, including borthers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends and pastor and wife, Rev. and Mrs. J.O. PARROTT, were about fifty in number who enjoyed the day together.
All of these years of married life have been spent in Lincoln county except a few years while living in Kansas in the early days when that great State was just beginning to be settled.
Mr. and Mrs. RINAMAN were recipients of quite a number of nice presents appropriate for the occasion.
