Morris School

[Commentary by submitter:  Picture of Morris School and short "bio" by Ken WELLS who attended the school as a young boy. The land and money for the school was donated by Jonah MORRIS 1802-1867, son of Israel and Hannah (BERDINE) MORRIS. The school was purchased by the Holiness Church. The Church used the building for services for quite some time but later built a new church and tore down the old schoolhouse. Holiness Church is on the south side of Hwy K, 0.55 miles west of intersection of Hwy K and Hwy 61.]
