Brainard Cemetery, Grundy County, MO

Also known as Pulliam or Nuckles Cemetery.

Brainard Cemetery is located in Lincoln Township; S25-T62N-R24W. The name is derived from the fact that the land was given by Isaiah Brainard; later the farm was owned by PULLIAMs; the origin of the NUCKLES name is unclear; this family is buried in Wooley Cemetery. The cemetery was recorded in 1963 by Mrs. B. F. Hoover and Mrs. O. L. Livingston.
