Mary Elizabeth (Huckaby) Southard was the daughter of Thomas and Margaret (Bridges) Huckaby. She was the wife of Thomas Southard, son of John and Elizabeth Southard. She was born in 1849 and died in 1898 and is buried at New Hope Cemetery between Louisburg and Buffalo.
