Margery B. (Rinehart) Pryor, 83, of Praire Village, Kan., formerly of Higginsville, Mo., passed away Friday, Aug. 11, 2006, at Arbors Woods of Overland Park. Margery was born July 13, 1923, in Vernon County, Mo., to Loren and Faye (Cline) Rinehart. She retired as a clerk with the Internal Revenue Services after 18 years of service. She was a member of the Women's Club of Odessa, Mo., and the Battlefield Piecemakers Quilt Guild of Lexington, Mo. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Doyle and Alison Pryor of New York, N.Y.; a daughter and son-in-law, Gayla and Jon Voss of Prairie Village, Kan.; sister, Maxine Robertson of Richards, Mo.; four grandsons, Matthew Pryor and his wife Christine Kosirog of Lawrence, Kan., Christopher Pryor of Portland, Ore., Geoffrey and Gregory Voss both of Prairie Village; and two great-grandchilren, Lilly and Elliott Pryor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon F. Pryor in 2003. Funeral services will be at 12 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 16, at D.W. Newcomer's Sons, Floral Hills Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m., to Noon, Wednesday at the chapel.
