NESTLERODE, Catherine E. (1857 - 1937)

Mrs. Katherine Nestlerode Dead - Mrs. Katherine Estella Nestlerode, aged about
81 years, passed away Monday afternoon at the home of her son, Jones Nestlerode,
in Summit township. Mrs. Nestlerode was a native of Cook county, Illinois. She
had been a resident of Bates county for many years.Funeral services were
conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the Virginia Methodist church
by Rev. Chas. R. Swofford of this city and burial made in the Adam Howe
cemetery.
NESTLERODE, Cyrus S. (1899 - 1952)

Charlotte Flashes - Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 12:30 p.m. at
the M.E. Church for Cyrus Nestlerode, 72 years old, who passed away at a
hospital in Russelville, Ark., April 18. His home was at Dover, Ark. Mr.
Nestlerode was a former resident of Charlotte township and a brother of Mrs.
Grant Oldham who lives near Amoret. Interment was in a cemetery near Jingo, Kas.
NESTLERODE, Nelson M. (1857 - 1929)

Nelson M. Nestlerode Dead - Nelson M. Nestlerode died at his home in the
Virginia neighborhood Friday morning He leaves a wife and three children, one
daughter, Mrs. Grant Oldham and two sons, Jones and Cyrus Nestlerode. Funeral
services were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Christian church in
Virginia and burial made in the Adam Howe cemetery.
NESTLERODE, Nelson M.H. (1891 - 1969)

N. M. H. Nestlerode - Nelson M. H. (Jones) Nestlerode, 77, 428 S. Main, Butler,
was found dead at his home Monday March 3. He was a lifelong resident of Bates
county. He was born at Virginia, Mo., the son of Catherine Estella Hussey and
Nelson M. Nestlerode. Mr. Nestlerode was a veteran of World War I. Surviving is
a sister, Mrs. Grant Oldham, Route 3, Butler; niece and nephews Harry
Nestlerode, Eugene Nestlerode, Ellis Nestlerode, Elvia Shazer, Nadine Kershner
and Helen White. Funeral services were held at 2:30 o’clock Wednesday afternoon
at the Underwood-Steinbeck chapel. Burial was made in Oak Hill cemetery.
